The film BRUCE LEE MY BROTHER (LEI SIU LUNG) that honors martial art master of a generation Bruce Lee's 70th birthday yesterday held a press conference in Huaxin Village, Jiangyin. Directors Manfred Wong (Man Jun) and Raymond Yip Wai Man led stars Araif Rahman (Lee Chi Ting), Tony Leung Ka Fai and Christy Chung Lai Tai in attendance.

The trailer was unveiled at the event for the first time. One of the film's climaxes, the rice warehouse fight, opened the video. The eye dazzling series of kicks along with Bruce Lee's unique and classic scream instantly sent the viewers' blood to the boiling point. Reportedly this two minute long trailer was already shown at the earlier Venice International Film Festival and already attracted the attention of many international buyers. In Japan it already created the single film sale record for a Chinese film in recent years.

Man Jun said, Bruce Lee's life truly contained too many legends. The ones about his growth, hot blooded youth, martial art study and his passion all have been condensed into the film. Thus BRUCE LEE MY BROTHER could be called the Hong Kong version of IN THE HEAT OF THE SUN. The other joint director Yip Wai Man revealed that in order for the film to be able to a release before Bruce Lee's birthday, the entire team has been in battle status for several months in a row. Now finally most of the post production work has been completed. The release date has been confirmed to be before Bruce Lee's 70th birthday.
The Jiangyin city government has shown much love to the BRUCE LEE MY BROTHER team. It not only arranged for the press conference location but also invited the team as guests to ring the 148 ton "Top Bell of the World" in the Happy Garden.
