Today is Sammi Cheng Sau Man's 40th birthday. Although 40 may be a number that stops women dead in their tracks, Sammi looked forward to it very much. She posted online yesterday, "I look forward to the birthday tomorrow very much, because 40 has quite a freshness of life. Heeheehee!"
Sammi and Andy Lau Tak Wa's new film THE BLIND DETECTIVE (MAN TAM) due to her inner ear imbalance and Wa Jai's fatherhood halted production for awhile and resumed only days ago. In the film Sammi had many action scenes and recently she has been exercising hard. Yesterday she posted a sweat covered photo after her work out. "Sweat is the best healthy gift for Ms. 8 Kilometers! I look forward to the birthday tomorrow very much, because 40 has quite a freshness of life. Heeheehee! Friends originally wanted to celebrate with me, but the day after the birthday the production will resume. In order to avoid being distracted from pigging out and partying, I can only wait a little and make up for them later."
